Can be used for,
♦ Up to 5,000 physical or digital end products for sale.
♦ One business social media account owned and managed by the license.
♦ Unlimited physical advertisements for local markets.
♦ Digital paid advertisements with unlimited impressions.
♦ Broadcast and streaming for up to 500,000 lifetime viewers.
Cannot be used for,
◊ Native apps, web apps, or games.
General
Do
♦ Use the Licensed Asset for commercial purposes under the “Standard” and “Extended” licenses.
♦ Use the asset for non-commercial, personal activities with all two license types.
Don’t
◊ Resell or sub-license the Licensed Asset in a way that is directly competitive with it.
◊ Resell any modification of the asset on its own.
◊ Make the asset public or share the asset in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute it as a standalone file.
◊ Use the Licensed Asset in pornographic, fraudulent, immoral, infringing, illegal, harassing, offensive, or defamatory material.
◊ Falsely represent authorship and/or ownership of the Licensed Asset.
◊ Allow anyone other than the Licensee to customize a digital or physical end product, whether for commercial or non-commercial use. This includes, but is not limited to, “print on demand”, “made to order” or “download on-demand” applications.
◊ Any other use that is not expressly permitted in the license terms is strictly prohibited.
Extended Licenses
Need to use a product on a Netflix project, in a mobile app, print-on-demand service, as a web font, or whatever your needs are, contact us for an extended license or custom license. We are happy to help.
